Biography

Sultan Bagarsyah is a final year student of the Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia who is currently completing his thesis. With a legal research background in economics, Bagas has a special interest in corporate law, telco and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
During his time with Jurist Resia & Co, Bagas has been involved in various researches and drafting studies in the telco field in collaboration with Telkom Indonesia, conducting studies and drafting academic papers for regional regulations, and assisting in case settlements in the mining company sector.
