Biography

Luthfi Marfungah started her career as a legal researcher and legal consultant in 2018. Luthfi Marfungah has areas of expertise in State Administration Law, Law of Legislation Formation, and Natural Resources Law. Having completed his bachelor of law degree in 2018, master of law degree in 2019 at the Faculty of Law, Tarumanagara University, and  doctor of law degree in 2024 at the Faculty of Law, Brawijaya University.

Luthfi Marfungah has a lot of experience as a legal consultant by providing legal services in the form of legal opinions both in ministries/state institutions, state-owned companies, and private companies including the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Economic Development (Prospera) at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Research Team, “Reconceptualization of the Direction of an Independent and Accountable Judicial Power Arrangement” Fiscal Year 2019 at the People’s Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia, Omnibus Law Discussion Team for the Job Creation Bill at the Directorate General of Spatial Planning of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency, Postelsiar RPP Analysis and Evaluation Team at PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), and many more.
Many writings both books and national and international scientific journals have been published by Luthfi Marfungah. Such as Organizing Court Administration in Order to Fulfill Access to Justice Under the Covid-19 State of Crisis in 2020, Productive Landscape for Post-Mining Reclamation Activities In South Kalimantan in 2021, Omnibus Law Discourse on Its Adoption into the National Legislation System published by Rajawali Pers in 2020, and many more.
