Biography
Ahmad was born in Bima NTB on July 10, 1975. Completed his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Law, Islamic University of Jakarta in 2004, Completed his Master of Law at the Postgraduate Program at the Faculty of Law, Muhammadiyah University of Jakarta in 2013 with a Concentration in HTN, Completed his Master’s of Management at the Postgraduate Program at Muhammadiyah University Tangerang with a Concentration in Human Resource Management in 2023, Joined the Doctor of Law Program (S-3) in 2015-2016 at PDIH UII, Completed the Doctor of Law Program (S-3) at the Postgraduate School of Muhammadiyah University Surakarta in 2020 with HTN Studies.
Practice Focus
Became an Advocate at Zoelva & Partners Law Office in 2010-2019. Experienced in handling various Civil, Criminal, Industrial Relations, and Administrative Court cases within the Supreme Court and Constitutional Cases such as disputes over Regional Elections in the Constitutional Court. Making Legal Opinions and Legal Advice to regular clients of the office (Banking, Media, and private companies). Subsequently became Managing Partners at Ahmad & Partners Law Office. Now an Advocate at Jurist Resia & Co. and Member of the Regional Honor Council (DPC) of the Branch Leadership Council of the Indonesian Advocates Association (DPC Peradi) Greater Tangerang Branch. Chief Executive of the Peradi Advocate Professional Special Education (PKPA) organized by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang in collaboration with the Peradi National Leadership Council (DPN) in 2018-2021.
