Biography

Denis Kurniawan completed his undergraduate studies in Constitutional Law (Siyasah) from Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta (UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta) in 2022 and Master of Law with a concentration in State Law at the University of Indonesia in 2024.

Dennis has written 5 Scientific Journal and 1 paper collected in Bunga Rampai. In 2024, he himself won 3rd place in the National Decision-Based Scientific Writing Competition for the General category organized by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia and the Faculty of Law, University of Al-Azhar Indonesia (UAI).

Practice Focus

As an Advocate he has handled several cases, especially in the civil sector such as Default Disputes, Wrongful Acts, Trademarks, Bankruptcy & PKPU, and Trade Secrets. Currently at Jurist Resia & Co, he is assigned as a Litigation Advocate.
