Biography

Rian Achmad Perdana graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 2018 from Diponegoro University. In 2023, he completed his master’s degree in Law from the Postgraduate Program at the University of Indonesia with a focus on studies in the field of Constitutional Law and State Administrative Law. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law program at the Postgraduate Program at Borobudur University.

Rian has written 3 book chapters and 3 scientific journals, and is certified as a non-judge mediator certified by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia.

Practice Focus

Before joining Jurist Resia & Co, Rian Achmad Perdana had experience as a Technical Legal Analyst at the Legal and Organizational Bureau of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. Involved in the formation of legislative regulations and policy formulation, especially in the fields of environment, food and agribusiness. Apart from that, he was also given a mandate as one of the recipients of the power to substitute the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs in the Judicial Review of Legislation, including formal and material reviews of the Job Creation Perpu and Law Number 6 of 2023 at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia.
