Digitalization is an inevitable aspect in today’s world, including the process of digitizing physical or conventional archives and documents.

PERURI, a state-owned enterprise (BUMN), has expanded beyond its traditional printing and paper production activities to become a high-security technology company. Through Presidential Regulation No. 82 of 2023, PERURI has broadened its technological services, including Banknotes Printing Technology, Security Printing Technology, Digital Security Technology, and Government Technology (GovTech).

As a result, it is essential to digitize the archives and other documents owned by PERURI. Jurist Resia & Co has been requested by PERURI to provide a legal opinion regarding the transition from physical archives to digital format.
