Job description
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support client cases
- Evaluate and analyze legal documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Ensure that the documents meet legal requirements and client needs
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding complex legal issues
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate legal solutions
- Manage and supervise the litigation process if necessary
- Responsible for case development, including scheduling of hearings, meetings, and negotiations
- Collaborate with the legal team and other colleagues to achieve client goals
- Engage in negotiations and mediation to reach a peaceful resolution
- Attend hearings when necessary and develop strong legal arguments
- Maintain integrity and professional ethics in all aspects of work
- Handle client information with confidentiality and in full compliance with legal ethical standards
Job Requirements
- Male/Female maximum age 33 years
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience as a litigation lawyer
- Have an active Advocate card license
- Proficient in English is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and able to provide measurable and practical solutions
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate well and work optimally individually and with a team
